I spent the majority of the morning evaluating the 25N coworking space in downtown Waco. The cost seems a little prohibitive, until one considers that there is a bit of guilt involved in posting up at a coffee shop for hours that may "subtly encourage" one to make purchases to justify their time there. A day pass here is reasonable compared to fair purchases at a coffee shop and although I'll not make full use of the day here, I can honestly say that I absolutely would make that exchange, as they brew APEX coffee (same as the fancy place next door) and it's free all day, as are tea, sparkling water, water and other beverages. The traffic from the private offices (they have quite a few of them) is minimal and everyone is respectful of noise and personal spaces. Additionally, they have "phone booths" on each of their three floors that can be utilized for a private conversation or zoom meeting of up to an hour. The space is industrial and creative (think ad agency on a tv show), but also very very clean. There are natural light spaces on all floors and I really just enjoyed everything about the experience. It made working remotely very easy and convenient, with more than ample parking and super reliable network connections.

More to come in the future, but color me impressed.

This is THE place. Toured 4 other coworking spaces and nothing came close to 25N. First week in and super happy with our decision to become members. Noah randomly made me a fresh pour over from Lemma and that’s the kind of community this is. Thanks for my awesome coffee Noah!! ☕️

I love N25 Coworking. It has everything you could need, great space, convenient location, flexibility and pricing that is unmatched with competitors. 25N is the best coworking space we've found. After working in 2 other spots in the Frisco area, 25N is by far the best spot for our business. Laura Sue is amazing as are all the other girls that help us feel at home. We have everything we need to both focus and have fun.
